Supporters of the NAACP, who organized the demonstration against the Confederate battle flag, made it known that it is O K to use the "N" word when it comes to getting their message out. Imagine if white demonstrators were to do this; it would be national news for a month.
We must remain on alert as the enemies of our freedoms of speech and liberty will relentlessly try to suppress our voice and freedom of expression of our proud heritage. New tamper-proof flag poles had to be erected to keep opponents from stealing the flag. We commend the Gulfport Supervisors (City Council) for voting unanimously to keep the flag flying. Despite constant threats from the black community to boycott the Mississippi Gulf Coast, they did the right thing. If only other council members throughout the South could follow their lead.
On Saturday July 20, 2002, members of the South Louisiana Council of Conservative Citizens participated in a rally to celebrate the return of the Confederate battle flag display to the Mississippi gulf coast.
PATRIOTS LINED U.S. 90 IN BILOXI, MISS. TO SHOW THEIR LOVE FOR OUR
FLAG
DESPITE 100 DEGREE HEAT, LOYAL SUPPORTERS DROVE IN FROM SO. CAR., ALA.,
FLA. AND LA.
Kenny Knight, David Terrebonne and EURO president Vincent Breeding wave to the hundreds
of horn blowing supporters (Black & White) who drove past the rally site.
It was quite
obvious from the large number of black motorists waving and horn blowing that the flag
is not a controversial issue. Instead they were enjoying the beautiful view of the
Gulf Coast or heading to a shopping mall or maybe a casino. The NAACP should make better
use of their donated funds from liberal and socialist organizations by focusing on crime,
education, drug abuse, teenage pregnancy, job training, their elderly and mentally
handicapped. WHAT'S UP?!
